In-house developer, Marnhull, Dorset

Location Details: Marnhull, Dorset. After procuring this site from local landowners, we worked closely with Dorset planning department to sympathetically develop the site to include 2, 4 bedroom detached homes.

Location Details: North Dorset A fantastic home, finished with stone and render work and including some beautiful internal finishes.

In-house development, South Somerset

Location Details: South Somerset After purchasing this disused land, we created a uniquely specified, 5 property development in the heart of a beautiful Somerset village. All homes were finished in locally sourced Ham stone and were completed with high-end fixtures and fittings.

Client instruction, North Dorset

Location Details: North Dorset A beautifully constructed stone finished family home. This home was constructed with exposed timber beams throughout and a locally sourced natural stone finished floors. This property also benefits from ground source heat pump and air source heat pump

In-house development, Hazelbury Bryan, Dorset

Location Details: Hazelbury Bryan, Dorset After securing this site, which was previously home to a disused social club, we redeveloped the land in keeping with the surrounding area and constructed 2 beautifully finished, modern, detached family homes. These were sold compete with garages, private drive, en suite bathrooms and high specification kitchens.

Location Details: Stoke Wake, Dorset. A beautifully designed family home set in the heart of the Dorset countryside. This property benefits from a basement style cinema room, open plan living with stone floors throughout and en suite bathrooms to all of the 6 bedrooms.

In-house development, Sturminster Newton, Dorset

Location Details: Sturminster Newton, Dorset After procuring this site, we worked to create a 2 bungalow development that complimented existing surroundings with plenty of private garden areas, garaging and finished with high specification kitchens, including all appliances and benefitting from air source heat pump systems.
